Pedaling not your thing but you still want to contribute to the Velocity community? Well, we’d love to have you join us as a Volunteer. Here’s your chance to put your energy and enthusiasm into one of our two types of Volunteer opportunities: General Volunteers and Road Crew Volunteers.

Both Volunteer types are crucial to the success of Velocity and the major difference between them is the time you’re able to commit to the event. If you’re able to commit to the entire day and are 18 or older, please register as a Road Crew Volunteer. General Volunteers must be 16 or older and commit to shorter shifts on the day of the event at one of our four Start Areas or the Finish Line Festival.

To join us as a Volunteer, choose from our two types of Volunteer opportunities: Road Crew Volunteers and Site Volunteers. Below are job descriptions for both Volunteer types.

General Volunteers:

General Volunteers will assist with set up, distribution of food and beverage, traffic and safety, gear check, and cheering on our Riders. Each site area Volunteer will be assigned their Volunteer role event morning. General Volunteers can choose from one of five locations and shift times vary per location:
