VELOCITY RIDE DAY DETAILS

Below you will find information on everything you need to know to make your Velocity experience a great one: Where to be, when to be there, and what will happen when you’re there! Click on each of the following sections for complete Event Day details.

Online registration for Riders will close at midnight on October 1. If you would like to register to Ride after that time, please go directly to your preferred Start Area on Ride Day. Click Start Area Locations & Details below for more information.

Important Dates to Know (Riders)

September 16: Last day to change your route selection
September 26: Last day to confirm your bike and rider transportation
September 30: Last day to register as a Velocity Rider
September 30 – October 1: Early check-in days and bike drop-off
- Friday, September 30 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, October 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Bike Drop-off: West 169th Street between Haven Avenue & Fort Washington Avenue, New York, NY 10032
- Early Check-in: Hammer Health Sciences Building (Room #LL1-108A) 701 West 168th Street, New York, NY 10032
October 2: Velocity Ride Day
October 16: Last day to qualify for fundraising rewards
October 17: $500 fundraising minimum due
